Fb-011 Forstner Bit, High-speed Steel, 1-1/2 In.

The Diablo FB-011 Forstner bit is a high-speed steel drill bit designed to create clean, flat-bottomed holes in wood and wood products with precision and ease. This versatile bit drills straight, angled, and overlapping holes, making it an ideal choice for woodworking projects and general wood boring applications.

The bit's sharp center spur accurately locates and guides your hole placement, preventing the bit from "walking" or wandering off target. Its double-ground serrated slicing edge reduces splintering and chipping for cleaner, more professional-looking results. The steep angled cutting edges create flat-bottomed holes with minimal effort, while the high-speed steel construction ensures durability and long service life even with frequent use.
