Ultraflex 7 In. L X 4-4/5 In. W 60 Grit Medium Block Sanding Sponge

Diablo ULTRAflex sanding sponges are premium hand-sanding tools engineered to work harder and last longer than standard sanding pads. The dual-sided design means you can flip the pad to access a fresh sanding surface, effectively doubling your working life and reducing the need for frequent replacements. The flexible foam construction adapts to multi-profile surfaces, making these sponges suitable for contour sanding in hard-to-reach areas.

These medium-grit sponges are built with a premium aluminum oxide abrasive blend and Diablo's exclusive ENDURA-BOND grain bonding system, which locks abrasive particles in place for superior durability and consistent performance. The full-contact foam design delivers even pressure across curved and flat surfaces alike, producing smooth finishes and consistent scratch patterns. The tear-resistant construction resists splitting when contacting splinters, nails, or screw ends that would damage conventional pads, keeping the sponge functional longer.
