60175 Lamp Nipple, Zinc-plated, 1/4 Ip, 3.5 In.

A lamp nipple is a threaded metal tube that serves as a connector and passageway within lighting fixtures and lamps. The Jandorf 60175 is designed for both repairing existing fixtures and building new ones from scratch. It allows electrical wiring or cord to pass safely through the fixture while connecting components together, making it an essential part for lamp repair and construction work.

This zinc-plated nipple resists rust and corrosion, ensuring long-lasting durability in humid environments. Its modular design means you can cut it to size or connect multiple pieces with couplings or reducers to achieve the exact length needed for your project. The standard 1/4 inch iron pipe (IP) thread fits seamlessly with other iron pipe components, providing secure, reliable connections that prevent pinching or abrasion of electrical cables during installation.
