M-d 78154 Fluted Aluminum Carpet Trim, Silver, 1-3/8 X 72 In.

The M-D 78154 fluted aluminum carpet trim is a finishing piece designed to cover seams or gaps between flooring surfaces of unequal height, creating a smooth, professional transition. Whether you're finishing a hallway, connecting rooms with different floor heights, or transitioning between carpet and vinyl, this silver trim protects edges from damage while delivering a polished look that complements most décor.

Carpet edges naturally fray with foot traffic, and vinyl seams tend to curl when unsupported. This aluminum trim solves both problems by providing a durable, low-profile barrier that keeps carpet edges intact and vinyl seams flat. The fluted surface design blends seamlessly with various carpet styles, and the corrosion-resistant aluminum resists rust and moisture, making it suitable for both residential and commercial applications.
