Oatey Hercules 35310 Fuel Oil Sludge Treatment, 1 Qt.

Oatey Hercules Fuel Oil Sludge Treatment is a storage tank additive designed to clean and condition heating system fuel oil. It addresses common problems that plague oil heating systems, including sludge buildup, water contamination, fuel waxing and gelling in cold weather, and burner fouling that can lead to costly repairs or system failure.

This liquid additive works to improve combustion efficiency, reduce soot formation, and help conserve energy. By dispersing sludge and emulsifying water in fuel oil tanks, it helps prevent burner breakdown, tank corrosion, and winter freeze-ups.

Features and Benefits

• Cleans and Conditions Fuel: Removes sludge and refines the burn, improving furnace performance and fuel system efficiency.
• Prevents Fuel Solidification: Combats oil waxing, gelling, and ice formation to maintain steady fuel flow, especially important in cold climates and winter months.
• Water and Corrosion Protection: Disperses condensate water and helps protect storage tanks from rust and corrosion damage.
• Reduces Burner Problems: Cleans strainers, nozzles, pumps, and burners to minimize burner breakdown and avoid filter clogging.
• Improves Combustion Efficiency: Reduces soot formation to help heating systems perform more effectively.
