The SharkBite UC094LFA is a brass adapter designed to connect 1-inch cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) tubing to 1-inch female iron pipe thread (FPT) fittings or pipe ends. This adapter joins flexible PEX tubing to rigid threaded pipe systems and is approved for both drinking water and heating circuit applications.

SharkBite's barb insert design creates a secure mechanical connection. The adapter can be secured with either cinch clamps or copper crimp rings (sold separately). Its brass construction is lead-free.
