55278321 Duraclad Armored Cable, 14/2 Awg, 25 Ft.

Southwire Duraclad armored cable is a metal-clad electrical cable featuring soft-drawn copper conductors with THHN/THWN insulation for branch, feeder and service power distribution. The cable is individually wrapped with moisture-resistant, flame-retardant paper covering and protected by interlocking steel armor that shields the conductors from physical damage, impact and environmental exposure.

The 16 AWG aluminum bond wire runs longitudinally inside the armor for its entire length, providing grounding continuity. Armored cable is suitable for dry-location installations in cable tray, approved raceways, concealed or exposed runs, environmental air-handling spaces per NEC, and under raised floors for information technology equipment. It meets UL standard 4 for armored cable, UL standard 83, Federal Specification A-A59544, and the National Electrical Code. Listed for use in UL 1, 2 and 3 hour through-penetration firestop systems.

Features and Benefits
