No. 8 X 3 In. L Square Bugle Head Coarse Screw Kit

The Squeek No More Floor Squeak Repair Kit is a complete solution for eliminating annoying floor squeaks from above the floor, without pulling up carpet or accessing the underside. This kit works on all floor types, including carpeted, hardwood, and linoleum surfaces, and is safe for all carpet styles including berber. Floor squeaks occur when flooring separates from the joist below; this kit solves that problem by pulling the flooring back down and securing it tight to the joist using specially engineered fasteners.

The kit is designed to be easy for homeowners to use and requires no access from below the floor. The specially scored screws are coated with wax, allowing them to pass safely through carpet fibers without damage. Once driven to the proper depth, the screw head snaps off, leaving no protruding parts that could be walked on.

Features and Benefits

• 50 Specially Designed Screws: Each screw features a wax coating and dual-pitch design that allows it to pass safely through carpet while pulling flooring tight to the joist as it drives.
• Complete Tooling System: Includes a tripod fixture and driver bit that guide the screw to the correct depth, stopping precisely when the score line sits slightly below the wood surface.
• Snap-Off Screw Heads: After driving, use the tripod fixture to snap the screw head off, leaving no protruding parts visible or walkable.
• Joist Finding Tools: Two tools help you quickly and accurately locate floor joists from above, ensuring you place fasteners exactly where needed.
• Works on All Floors: Effective on carpet (all styles), hardwood, and linoleum surfaces without damage.
• No Floor Access Required: Repair squeaks without pulling up carpet or going underneath the floor, saving time and disruption.
