Cast Iron Griddle 18.2 In. L X 11 In. W 1 Pk

The Traeger BAC609 ModiFIRE Reversible Griddle expands your grill's cooking capabilities by transforming part of your grill grate into a versatile cast iron cooking surface. Simply place it directly on your ModiFIRE-compatible Traeger grill grate to add griddle cooking to your outdoor kitchen without removing the grate. This reversible griddle lets you switch between two cooking surfaces in seconds, letting you prepare multiple dishes with different cooking needs at the same time.

The enamel coating provides non-stick performance right out of the box and makes cleaning and maintenance easy. A recessed channel integrated into the griddle collects grease and allows it to drain directly into your grill's grease and ash keg, preventing flare-ups and mess while keeping cleanup simple.
