7436 Hinged Cooking Grate, Steel, 22.5 In.

This Weber 7436 hinged cooking grate is a replacement for the stock grate on 22-1/2 inch Weber charcoal units, including One-Touch, Master-Touch, Bar-B-Kettle, and Performer models. The hinged design solves a common grilling problem: you no longer need to remove the entire grate to add charcoal briquettes during cooking. Simply flip up the hinged sides to refuel your fire, whether you're switching between direct searing and indirect low-and-slow cooking.

Made from plated steel, this grate supports both high-heat searing and low-and-slow cooking for greater grilling flexibility. The design creates sear marks that keep juices inside the meat while allowing you to manage your fire without interrupting your cook.
